Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand, sniff-checked by Pencil, and sent across India.

Where we ship

We deliver to most PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners. We don't ship outside India yet.

The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.

Dispatch: within 1–3 working days of your order.
Delivery: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch. Metro cities are often faster, and remote areas can take a little longer.

Sale periods, holidays, weather and courier delays can occasionally add a few days. We'll keep you posted.

When your order ships, we'll send the tracking link to your mobile number or email.

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
If a delivery fails and the parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again. Re-shipping may cost extra if the failure wasn't our fault.
