These terms apply when you use the Pencil & Me website or buy from us. The shop is run by Rithika Abba (“Pencil & Me”, “we”, “us”), 3-5, Narsapuram, Narsapur, Venkatapur Sub-district, Warangal District, Telangana 506343. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell pet products for dogs and cats. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes can vary slightly. Please always supervise your pet with new toys and chews, choose the right size for your pet, and stop using any product that becomes damaged.

2. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and you see the “Order placed” screen.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.
We currently accept online payments only. Cash on delivery isn't available.
If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll tell you and refund the full amount.

4. Shipping, cancellations and returns

5. “Your Need” product requests

When you send us a product request, we'll reply with a quote. A quote isn't an order: nothing is charged until you accept it and pay.

6. Using this website

Please don't misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or place fake orders. The Pencil & Me name, logo, photos and text belong to us and may not be copied without our permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Warangal, Telangana.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
